At Foxian, we want to ensure transparency and clear communication regarding our policies. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and upgrades.

● REFUNDS

Once a purchase has been made, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be considered only within the first 48 hours (2 days) of the initial purchase. After this 48-hour period, no refunds will be issued for payments, renewals, or subscription charges under any circumstances.

Refunds will also not be provided if a user fails to cancel or terminate their membership before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or payment-related issues, which are always eligible for review and refund. Users are advised to cancel their subscriptions in advance if they wish to discontinue the service and avoid future charges.

● CANCELLATIONS

Users have the flexibility to cancel their memberships at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, users can utilize their portal, and further payments will not be collected. Upon cancellation, we will also send you a notification to confirm the successful termination of your membership.

● UPGRADE

For users interested in upgrading their memberships, there are two options available. Upgrades can be processed directly from the user’s portals or by submitting a request on our server.

If an upgrade request is made within the first 15 days of the original subscription, the difference in membership cost will be charged for the upgrade. However, after 15 days, the full subscription amount will be required to upgrade the membership.

Foxian provides trading education, market analysis, trading signals, and community resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Services

This refund policy applies to all Foxian services:

Membership Subscriptions – Day Pass, Explorer Pass, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans
Mastery Mentorship Program – Trading education course
1-on-1 Consulting Sessions – Personal sessions with Sherlock
Digital Resources – Indicators, PDFs, and trading materials

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 General Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of the payment date.
If you do not request a refund within this period and have accessed any services including community channels, trading signals, educational content, or mentorship resources your payment is final.
This policy applies to all subscriptions, including recurring and auto-renewing plans.

2.2 Service Specific Terms

3. Refund Exceptions

Duplicate charges – Multiple charges for a single purchase
Technical errors – System errors preventing service access
Payment issues – Unauthorized transactions or gateway malfunctions

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Request is made more than 2 days after payment
You have accessed or downloaded any services or resources
Subscription was not cancelled before the next billing cycle
Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes or market performance
Change of mind after accessing services
Account terminated due to Terms of Service violation

Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
Access continues until end of paid period
No partial refunds for unused time
