Refund and Cancellation Policy:
At Foxian, we want to ensure transparency and clear communication regarding our policies. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and upgrades.
Refunds: Once a purchase has been made, we do not have a return or refund policy. Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to terminate their membership before the next payment processing cycle. After the subscription has been debited, no refunds will be available. We kindly request users to terminate their subscriptions in advance if they wish to discontinue the service.
Cancellations: Users have the flexibility to cancel their memberships at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, users can utilize their portal, and further payments will not be collected. Upon cancellation, we will also send you a notification to confirm the successful termination of your membership.
Upgrade: For users interested in upgrading their memberships, there are two options available. Upgrades can be processed directly from the user’s portals or by submitting a request on our server. If an upgrade request is made within the first 15 days of the original subscription, the difference in membership cost will be charged for the upgrade. However, after 15 days, the full subscription amount will be required to upgrade the membership.
